Habitat for Humanity
Building Homes-Parish members help build
homes for the needy through Habitat for Humanity.

Humanities workers once or twice a year.

Kids Café
Adults and children (grade six and older) serve meals to

This ministry keeps the parish informed of Catholic social
teaching on pending legislation.

Refugee Family Assistance
Volunteers, working with Catholic Charities, help refugee
families get settled in the community. Bi-lingual parishioners
can be of assistance in this ministry.

Respect Life
Parishioners in this ministry promote church teaching of
a consistent life ethic on issues such as abortion, euthanasia,
abuse and disabilities.

South East Associated Ministries
SEAM is an ecumenical association of twenty churches, including
our parish. Through our SEAM ministry, families in need
in zip codes 40218 and 40220 are provided some of the
following services: food, school supplies, winter help,
holiday assistance, information, referral services and
financial assistance for rent, utilities and prescriptions.
Our stewards provide support through donations of food,
monetary gifts and volunteer services through bloodmobiles
and tutoring and truancy prevention. Non-perishable food
is collected on the second weekend of each month.

Parishioners take part in annual walks in support of social
